Awareness can only be. It can't "do" anything else; any "doing" is an experience in itself. So, reality generates experiences based on who or what the awareness is being.

Even at this fundamental level, you are experiencing a reflection of who you are being. Your focus, particularly from your mind (the 4D), directs your experience. The 3D is just the screen, the rendered output of who you are being.

Since the rendered experience is a reflection of you, it makes mechanical sense that the reality you experience is you. It's a reflection of who you are being.

For example, if the fragmented awareness you are is being insecure, the reality rendered will reflect that insecurity. You'll be overlooked. If you are being confident, your reality will reflect confidence.
