The Integrated Self Program provides neuroscience-backed coaching, mentorship, and educational resources designed to help individuals achieve emotional freedom, dissolve subconscious limits, and reach peak performance through inner mastery and spiritual awakening.

2. Program Enrollment

By enrolling in this program, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Program Registration and Account Creation

Account Creation: To access the Integrated Self Program features, including online courses, community forums, mentorship sessions, and educational materials, you must create an account and complete the enrollment process.

Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

4. Use of the Site and Program

Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any content you post in community forums but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for promotional and operational purposes.

5. Payments and Program Investment

Payment Requirements: The Integrated Self Program requires payment upon enrollment, with options for payment plans where available.

Investment Fees: All program fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Success Guarantee Policy (Section 6). Payment plan participants must complete payments according to the agreed schedule to maintain access.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing participants before their next billing cycle.

6. Client Commitments and Program Requirements

Success Guarantee: If you complete all program requirements and actively participate but don't achieve at least one meaningful breakthrough, you get additional coaching sessions with Arian until you do see progress.

6.1. Complete all program components:

• Finish the Integrated Self Program online course and The Cheat Code course
• Attend all two scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions with Arian Samouie
• Complete all provided journaling exercises and integration work

6.2. Active participation requirements:

• Engage with program materials consistently over a minimum 90-day period
• Submit completed worksheets and exercises as requested
• Participate in community forums at least three times per week
• Reschedule coaching sessions with a minimum 24-hour notice (one reschedule allowed per session)

6.3. Implementation commitment:

• Apply the neuroscience-backed techniques and spiritual practices taught in the program
• Complete the nervous system regulation exercises and guided meditations
• Follow the personalized guidance provided during one-on-one sessions

7. Success Guarantee

What transformation means: Transformation means a shift in your internal state, which you will feel and experience. While the journey to true emotional freedom is a process, you will feel a tangible difference, gaining new awareness of yourself and the tools to begin your transformation. This guarantee is valid on the condition that you have completed the Inner Awareness Framework and have actively engaged in the process for a minimum of 8 weeks

Program Requirements: To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

• Complete the main program courses and materials
• Attend all three scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions with Arian
• Actively participate for at least 6 months
• Follow through with the exercises and practices we provide

How It Works: If, after 6 months of genuine participation, you're not satisfied with your progress, contact us and we'll:

• Provide additional coaching sessions with Arian until you see the value you're looking for

This guarantee is based on your honest effort and participation, not specific outcomes, because everyone's journey is different.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content provided in the Integrated Self Program, including courses, meditations, PDFs, and coaching materials, is the property of Arian Samouie and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Usage Rights: Your enrollment grants you personal, non-transferable access to program materials for your own transformation journey only.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, or create derivative works from any program content without express written permission.

9. Marketing and Communications

Communications Consent: By enrolling in the program, you consent to receive communications from us via email, phone, or SMS regarding program updates, additional offerings, and support.

Marketing Participation: You may be invited to share your transformation story or provide testimonials. Participation is voluntary, and you retain the right to approve any use of your story or image.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time while maintaining access to essential program communications.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Integrated Self Program and Arian Samouie are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. 12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the program if you violate these terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or fail to meet program requirements.
